NextCon will take place at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, AZ (the “Venue”) on October 23 - 25, 2017. This registration agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Nextiva, Inc. (“Nextiva”) and registrant. All written notices and requests, including requests for a copy of the posted Registration Terms and Conditions, shall be sent to Nextiva at [email protected] or NextCon, 8800 East Chaparral Road, Suite 300, Scottsdale, AZ 85256.
VIP Access and General Access registrations may be fully refunded until September 22, 2017. Cancellations received from September 23, 2017 through October 6, 2017, will be refunded less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received after October 6 or non-attendance will not be refunded. Team 3-Pack VIP or General Access Registration cancellations are not refundable.

If you are unable to attend NextCon, you may transfer your registration to another person prior to October 20. To do so, modify your registration here, and change the Attendee Information to that of the person to whom you're transferring your registration.
This conference is organized by Nextiva, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. Nextiva's receipt of a registration and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Registration requests and payments that are not accepted will be returned.
NextCon-issued credentials are the sole property of Nextiva and must be surrendered upon demand to a Nextiva representative. NextCon -issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at NextCon or designated off-site activities. False certification of an individual as a registrant or an exhibitor's representative, misuse of an exhibitor's or registrants badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorized personnel to gain admittance to the NextCon, will be just cause for expelling the registrant, exhibitor, and his/her representative(s) from NextCon and/or banning them from future entrance into Nextiva events. This would also warrant the removal of the exhibitor's booth from the floor without obligation on the part of Nextiva for refund of any fees. The registrant, the exhibitor, his/her employees and agents, and anyone claiming to be at NextCon through the registrant or exhibitor, waives any rights or claims for damages arising out of the enforcement of this rule.
Nextiva reserves the right to use images, video, or audio recordings taken at NextCon with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.
“Suitcasing” or “outboarding” is prohibited at NextCon. Nextiva reserves the right to escort any individual from NextCon who is reported to be soliciting in the event and who is not a NextCon sponsor or exhibitor. Nextiva encourages attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. Nextiva also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.
In its sole discretion and without refund, Nextiva reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from NextCon anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to NextCon or any other attendee.
Nextiva shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue, the availability of a scheduled speaker, or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of Nextiva or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, Nextiva may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of Nextiva. In the event NextCon cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, Nextiva shall not be liable to registrant for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. Nextiva will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
