Cassandra Anderson (Cass) has a 21-year tenure in the technology industry. As the Director of Sales Enablement, she is committed to the growth of Nextiva through partnership/team building, sales technology development, and strategic business acumen.
Cass is the former Vice President of Channel, Sales Operations, and Marketing at Crexendo, a cloud communication solution provider, where she grew the channel organization from $0 to $14M in 3.5 years. She spent 11 years at Inter-Tel / Mitel in various roles such as Product Manager, Sales Engineer, Inside Sales Account Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. Prior to working for a manufacturer, Cass spent several years working for a telecom partner as a customer service rep, installation tech, and sales engineer; selling and installing Panasonic, Telrad, Mitel, and Avaya.
Cass is the volunteer Treasurer and Member of the Board, for HEAL International, who is committed to providing services to children who have been trafficked and exploited in Arizona. Additionally, she has volunteered with other education organizations, such as Landmark Education as an Introduction Leader, Toastmasters, where she earned her Distinguished Toastmasters award, Reading Seed, as an inner-city school reading coach, and several religious organizations as a technology team-member, small-group leader, and facilitator for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace.
Outside the office, Cass has an adult daughter and a young bonus-son in elementary school. In her free time, she enjoys a range of hobbies from motorcycles, kayaking, camping, video games, and thrill-rides, to quiet reading and reflection.
