Who should come?
Nextiva customers and partners, and anyone who is interested in making their business’s Customer Experience outstanding - business owners, IT professionals, C-level executives, Customer Service professionals, HR professionals, etc.
When and where is NextCon?
NextCon is taking place Monday through Wednesday, October 23-25, 2017 at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.

What’s the agenda?
The agenda is focused on unlocking the Customer Experience tools of tomorrow. We'll have some amazing speakers from iconic brands renowned for their legendary customer service.
If I’m a customer, can I get help with some product features?
Yes! We will have the XBert Bar where you can talk with a Nextiva XBert about your current product usage and they can suggest some helpful features that you might not be using to the fullest extent, or even different features you might not have considered before.
We will also have a cool area where you can play with some of the Nextiva products in a hands-on experiential way called the XBert Experience where Nextiva XBerts will show you the pro tips and tricks on how to maximize your Nextiva investment. Look for both of these areas in the main foyer near registration and the ballrooms.
What activities are planned?
Monday night, October 23rd - We’re welcoming all NextCon attendees to an opening cocktail & hors d’oeuvres Welcome Reception on in the EXPO hall.
Tuesday night, October 24th is the VIP party and concert with Bret Michaels for VIP Access ticket holders and Nextiva Partners only. That will start at 8:00 pm.
When you register for NextCon, there is a question about dietary restrictions where you can notate any allergies or preferences in your registration form so we can do our best to accommodate them. Most meals will be served buffet style and all gluten-free and vegetarian items will be clearly marked.
Business casual attire is suggested for all conference functions. Meeting room temperatures are always cool, so we suggest wearing layered clothes for maximum comfort and flexibility.
For evening events, resort casual attire is recommended. This includes polo-type shirts, sundresses, button-up tops, skirts, linen pants or nice shorts.
