Nextiva Wins ChannelVision Magazine’s Top Innovation Award
Nextiva recognized for its groundbreaking NextOS platform

Beka Business Media and ChannelVision Magazine has awarded Nextiva with its Top Innovation Award as part of the ChannelVision 2018 Visionary Spotlight Awards.
The Visionary Spotlight Awards were created to highlight innovations in communications, as well as exemplary service providers and channel programs. The awards honor standout products and companies across a wide variety of technology categories.
Nextiva stood out from the crowd thanks to NextOS, its recently released all-in-one communications platform that allows users to access a holistic view of their customers’ journeys in real-time. Launched in mid-May, NextOS is the first product on the market that combines Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to help businesses automate workflows and keep track of all internal and external communications. The product includes three new products: Nextiva Service CRM, Nextiva Chat, and Nextiva Surveys. Nextiva plans to add more features.
