Nextiva Serves as 2013 Arizona SciTech Fest Sponsor
Nextiva Supports Month-Long Celebration of Technology
Scottsdale, AZ - April 1, 2013
Nextiva (www.nextiva.com), an industry leading provider of cloud-based business phone services, served as a Copper Sponsor of the 2013 Arizona SciTech Festival. The six-week festival was held from February 6 to March 17 in venues across the state and included more than 300 workshops, conversations and debates, exhibitions, concerts, tours and events. The celebrations focused on science, technology, engineering, and math and were designed for Arizonans of all ages.
As a sponsor, Nextiva was able to embrace connections and inform local businesses about the benefits and cost savings associated with cloud-based communications. This hands-on approach allowed Festival participants to become part of Nextiva’s initiative to strengthen technology for small and midsize businesses.
“Supporting the SciTech Festival is important because it adds so much value to the local community,” says Nextiva VP of Marketing, Yaniv Masjedi. “We are honored to be a part of an event that showcases innovation and acknowledges the vital role of technology in today’s business world.”
“The mission of Arizona SciTech Festival is to increase the public interest and engagement in science and technology within the state,” explains AZ SciTech Festival Executive Director, Jeremy Babendure. “Nextiva’s spirited culture was a great addition to this year’s activities and we look forward to continuing the partnership in support of technology.”
