XBert joined Nextiva in 2008 as the company's Amazing Service® Guru. His prime responsibilities include educating Nextiva employees about the ins and outs of unified communications, motivating team members to abide by a commitment to Amazing Service, and coordinating internal team building events.
XBert graduated summa cum laude from Nextiva University, where he was captain of the debate team, football quarterback, and president of the student government.
Tomas is the Chairman / CEO of Nextiva's parent company, Unitedweb. He has a 15-year track record of investing in, building, and leading high-performing technology and Internet companies. His entrepreneurial background includes launching Trendsetter and IPOWER. In 2007, he orchestrated the merger between IPOWER and Endurance International Group. He creates the vision while managing the business strategy for Nextiva. You can also frequently find Tomas rolling up his sleeves in day-to-day activities.
Tomas is recognized as an industry leader and has been featured in dozens of magazines, including Entrepreneur and Inc. He is a board member and investor for several companies including Endurance along with Goldman Sachs and Warburg Pincus.
Tracy is President of Nextiva, where he serves as an executive and marketing advisor. Tracy began his entrepreneurial career in 1991 when he founded Conrad and Associates, a data aggregator. He entered the Internet arena in 1995 when he founded the Blitz Network, a web advertising agency that was subsequently acquired. In 2001, Tracy co-founded IPOWER, the second largest web hosting company in the U.S.
As President of Nextiva, Tracy is instrumental in building a customer base more than 100,000 strong and establishing Nextiva as one of the top cloud-based telephone providers in the country.
Josh joined Nextiva in 2007 and currently serves as Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for directing the company's technology planning and investments. Josh manages the data center operations and all relationships with carriers and vendors. Josh also places a key role in strategic planning and product development.
Josh brings 20+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering mission critical voice and data systems to business markets. He started his first technology company while a Computer Sciences undergraduate at Embry-Riddle University in Arizona.
Colleen joined the company in 2007 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Nextiva and all Unitedweb companies. Colleen is responsible for the financial leadership of the business and assisting the team with strategy, vision and execution. She also manages the company's legal and regulatory compliance, financial operations and accounting.
Colleen has 20+ years of financial and operations management experience in both public and private companies. She holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Lukas co-founded Nextiva in 2006 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations. He leads Nextiva's product development, innovation roadmap, and product strategy. Lukas is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a continued commitment to enhancing the effectiveness of the business.
Lukas studied Communications and Business Administration at Arizona State University.
Yaniv joined Nextiva in 2008 and currently serves as Vice President of Marketing. He manages Nextiva's marketing and branding efforts by working to create strategies that drive awareness, strengthen the Nextiva brand and share the story of the company's unique customer-centric culture, known as "Amazing Service®." He also initiates and manages programs related to brand management, demand generation and advertising. In addition to his duties at Nextiva, Yaniv is a well-known business thought leader and regularly contributes articles to publications including Huffington Post, Salesforce Blog, AllBusiness, and Under30CEO.
Yaniv studied Political Science and History at UCLA.
As the leader of the Nextiva channel partner program, Feuerstein has more than 15 years of partner development experience. Before joining Nextiva, he was the director of channel sales at SimpleSignal. While there, he was responsible for master agent accounts that served 100-1,000 seat companies. Prior to that, he served as the national sales and channel director at C3IP Communications, where he focused on serving the SMB market. Having built relationships with hundreds of agents and service providers, he excels at recruiting, educating and supporting external sales agents so they are set up for success.
James joined Nextiva in 2012 as the Director of Sales. He brings a wealth of hands-on management experience that directly contributes to revenue growth within the organization. James has an impressive track record of building, managing, and growing very successful sales departments within several organizations. With over 12 years experience in building profitable revenue generating teams, James plays a key role in the growth of Nextiva.
James has 15 years of experience in technology sales organizations offering cloud and hosted solutions for small and medium size businesses.
Jenifer (Jen) Fritz joined Nextiva in 2014 and leads the nationwide enterprise and government sales team. Jen brings 20+ years of successful high-tech industry sales, engineering and business development experience, including more than nine years specializing in identity management, biometrics and security solutions for commercial and government customers. She previously served as Vice President of Government Security Solutions for DC-based sales organizations.
Jen holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Northeastern University in Computer Science and Economics.
Dave joined Nextiva in 2009 and currently serves as Manager of Sales Operations. Dave is responsible for sales team training, mentoring and ongoing support. He manages the development and implementation of goal-driven sales training processes to increase the productivity and consistency in the sales teams' approach.
Dave has 20+ years in various sales and team management roles. He holds multiple training and management certifications.
