What are acceptable uses for Nextiva SIP trunking?

We regularly review usage levels to ensure that each SIP Trunking account is not in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

“Excessive use” is defined by Nextiva as use that substantially exceeds the average call volume or duration used by all other Nextiva SIP trunking customers. SIP trunking clients are prohibited to use automated dialers, continuous and/or repetitive call forwarding, continuous call session connectivity, telemarketing practices, or any other activity that would be inconsistent with reasonable business use patterns.
