With most Nextiva voice accounts, updating your credit card on file is as easy as logging in to your online portal. An active credit card is required to be on file during the duration of your account with Nextiva.
If you have an Office Manager or NextOS account, log in and locate the billing area.
1. Log into your Nextiva portal by visiting www.nextiva.com and clicking on the Customer Login found at the top right.
2. Once logged in select Manage Credit Card. This will take you to a page that displays the current card on file. Click Add New Credit Card.
3. Fill in the new credit card information. Select continue, you will be taken back to Nextos portal. To confirm the change click Manage Credit Card again and make sure the last 4 digits match up.
