With most Nextiva voice accounts, updating your credit card on file is as easy as logging in to your online portal. An active credit card is required to be on file during the duration of your account with Nextiva.
If you have an Office Manager or NextOS account, log in and locate the billing area.
- With Office Manager accounts, this is under the tab called Billing at the top.
- If you have a NextOS account, you’ll find Manage Credit Card under the menu on the left hand side of the online portal under Credit Account.
