Dan Heydenfeldt - PresidentDan joined Nextiva in 2013 and serves as the company's President. He is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the business operations and an aggressive growth strategy, which includes product, sales and channel expansions. With 25 years of experience building high performance global sales, marketing and professional services teams, Dan has held leadership roles at Gartner, Symantec, Limelight Networks and others.
Prior to Nextiva, Dan served as Group Vice President of Emerging Markets at Limelight Networks. Here, he created the Account Management and Professional Services functions prior to being promoted to Group Vice President of Sales, where he led a team of Sales, Account Managers and Sales Engineers to #1 Sales organization and record year over year revenue growth. During his tenure, Limelight grew 400% while executing a successful IPO. Similarly, Dan developed his internet communications expertise initially at Gartner as the North American Solution Sales leader, where his Solutions Sales teams drove record year over year sales results through product and industry specialization.
Lukas Gorny - Vice President, OperationsLukas co-founded Nextiva in 2006 and currently serves as President of Operations. He manages Nextiva's product development, number portability, customer call center operations, and corporate services. Lukas is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a continued commitment to enhancing the effectiveness of the business.
Lukas studied Communications and Business Administration at Arizona State University.
Josh Lesavoy - Chief Information OfficerJosh joined Nextiva in 2007 and currently serves as Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for directing the company's technology planning and investments. Josh manages the data center operations and all relationships with carriers and vendors. Josh also places a key role in strategic planning and product development.
Josh brings 20+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering mission critical voice and data systems to business markets. He started his first technology company while a Computer Sciences undergraduate at Embry-Riddle University in Arizona.
Colleen Fritz - Chief Financial OfficerColleen joined the company in 2007 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Nextiva and all Unitedweb companies. Colleen is responsible for the financial leadership of the business and assisting the team with strategy, vision and execution. She also manages the company's legal and regulatory compliance, financial operations and accounting.
Colleen has 20+ years of financial and operations management experience in both public and private companies. She holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Yaniv Masjedi - Vice President, Customer SuccessYaniv Masjedi joined the company in 2008 and currently serves as Vice President of Customer Success. He is responsible for ensuring Nextiva's commitment to Amazing Service, the cornerstone of the company, as well as delivering results in each customer organization. In doing so, Yaniv plays a major role in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Yaniv graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA.
Dave Clewell - Manager, Sales OperationsDave joined Nextiva in 2009 and currently serves as Manager of Sales Operations. Dave is responsible for sales team training, mentoring and ongoing support. He manages the development and implementation of goal-driven sales training processes to increase the productivity and consistency in the sales teams' approach.
Dave has 20+ years in various sales and team management roles. He holds multiple training and management certifications.
